I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who is thriving with IBS.  I haven’t always felt this good.  Like you, I needlessly suffered for years until I discovered the the key to consistently control my symptoms: diet and lifestyle.  From there, I delved into the world of nutrition and found my passion helping others thrive.

Being diagnosed with IBS can be overwhelming.  If your experience is anything like mine, you have a lot of unanswered questions and conflicting information on what to eat, what not to eat, what supplements will help and so on.  I created Joyful Belly as a no-nonsense space to help end the confusion around IBS.
