HOW IT WORKS
Click the ‘sign up’ button at the bottom of this page. You will be directed to the appointment scheduler. Select your initial appointment date and time.
Complete the Joyful Belly Coaching intake form. You will be directed to this form upon booking the initial consultation. The intake form allows me to do some investigative work on your health concerns prior to our initial consultation. The intake form must be completed prior to the initial consultation.
We will have our initial consultation. The initial consultation is very thorough- we will go over your complete health history, diet and lifestyle. It will also allow us time to talk about what your coaching program will look like and make sure it is tailored to your needs and preferences. Don’t worry- you don’t need to be writing everything down during our conversation- you will receive a PDF copy of your coaching program afterwards.
After our initial consultation I will have your program delivered to you within 48 hours. It will be delivered in PDF form via email.Your program will be broken down into three sections: nutrition, supplements and lifestyle. Every program is 100% unique to the individual- we don’t do cookie cutter diets around here. I do ask that you keep a food journal during the program as this makes it easier to pinpoint which foods may be troublesome for you.
Begin your program! I am available by email Monday to Friday to answer any questions you have. Every week you will check in with me by email or phone to let me know how your week went in terms of diet and your symptoms. Changes will be made as needed throughout our program together.
